Payment needs to be provided before I start work.

Payment must be done in full if the commission is under 200$USD, any amount above can be done in a payment plan depending on the client’s preference.

Payment method is Stripe, but PayPal invoices can be arranged if stripe is not available.

Prices are in USD, but during payment it may be converted to mxn. The amount will be the exact same just in a different currency.

I reserve the right to decline any project if it makes me uncomfortable.

The client must discuss a deadline if it's needed, In which case a rush fee may apply depending on how close the deadline is. If a deadline is not provided, work will be delivered in the time listed. Work cannot be rushed if a deadline was not previously discussed.

In the case of vtuber clients, only the runtime file will be provided.

In the case of illustration clients, you will receive your image with a watermark and a clear background version if needed, watermark cannot be removed even after the work is done.

Clients will not be allowed to use the finished product as NFT or use it for AI purposes. Both of these uses will be strictly prohibited as it’s not something I support or am comfortable with.

Once work is finished clients may not use their work for commercial use, if it's needed for this: it must be specified beforehand and the client must pay a fee of 30% the original price.

For revisions i ask that the client provides a list of fixes in a batch rather than scattered throughout the project.

If you wish your project to be secret until debut an added fee of 10% of the price will be added as I typically stream my work.

Please take into consideration the time needed to make a Vtuber model, both the art work and the rig may take longer than anticipated if the workload increases.

If you require me to design your vtuber an additional fee may apply, this depends on how much you need me to design (reference sheets are not included in this price).

I include a pre-set up of your runtime files, but you are free to edit it to suit your needs as programs track differently on different people.

Any details you wish me to include must be stated at the initial stage to calculate the prices accordingly.

3 Test versions will be provided to the client during the project. Once the final test has been approved and work is marked as finished, I can offer up to 5 minor revisions, any exceeding revisions will be an extra fee, starting at 3% of the original price.

All Vtuber models are drawn front facing for efficiency, if you would like a different pose it can be discussed.

If you don't want to pay fully upfront you can pay 50% of the price 50% once it is done.

Payment plans can also be discussed.

All prices may increase due to the number of accessories or complexity of the character.
